Aurelia has librarianship experience in both public and governmental research libraries, and in 2018 was an ALA Emerging Leader recipient for the Public Library Association and has assisted public libraries with developing data-informed decisions. Her research areas involve diversity in libraries, information seeking behaviors, Bibliometrics and Scientometrics, and privacy and cybersecurity behavior models.
